Eflornithine as Postimmunotherapy Maintenance in High-Risk Neuroblastoma: Externally Controlled, Propensity Score-Matched Survival Outcome Comparisons

This propensity score-matched study demonstrates that eflornithine (DFMO) maintenance therapy after immunotherapy significantly reduces relapse risk in high-risk neuroblastoma patients, with hazard ratios of 0.50 for event-free survival and 0.38 for overall survival compared to external controls from the ANBL0032 trial.
