Retroperitoneal localized neuroblastoma in children: a comparison of enhanced recovery after surgery versus traditional care

Retrospective study comparing ERAS protocols versus traditional care in 48 children undergoing retroperitoneal neuroblastoma resection. ERAS group showed significantly faster recovery metrics including earlier mobilization, return of bowel function, and hospital discharge, with reduced costs and comparable safety outcomes.
