Functional outcome of Hirschsprung's disease in children: A single center study at The Children's Hospital Lahore

This 10-year retrospective study of 64 Hirschsprung's disease patients found that while 95% survived, long-term functional problems were common: 35.5% experienced fecal incontinence and 27% had postoperative enterocolitis. The findings emphasize that close follow-up and bowel management programs are essential for quality of life after definitive surgery.
