Outcome of redo orchidopexy after previous laparoscopic orchidopexy

This retrospective study of 23 patients demonstrates that redo orchidopexy successfully achieves scrotal positioning in all cases following failed laparoscopic orchidopexy, with no reascent at 6-month follow-up. Both vessel-sparing and non-vessel sparing approaches were included, with no complications or complete testicular atrophy observed.
