Lauromacrogol foam injection under ultrasonic guidance for pediatric lip venous malformations

This retrospective study of 52 pediatric patients demonstrates that ultrasound-guided lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy is an effective and safe treatment for lip venous malformations, achieving a 90.38% success rate with minimal complications. Patients required an average of 4 treatment sessions over 14 months of follow-up.
