Clinical Assessment of Late Health Outcomes in Survivors of Wilms Tumor

This St. Jude Lifetime Cohort study of 280 Wilms tumor survivors found they experience threefold higher burden of chronic health conditions compared to controls by age 40, with prevalent endocrine, cardiovascular, and pulmonary complications plus neurocognitive and physical function deficits requiring individualized surveillance.
