Role of aortopexy in the treatment of aberrant innominate artery in children

This retrospective study of 15 pediatric patients demonstrates that aortopexy is a safe and effective treatment for aberrant innominate artery causing tracheal compression. The procedure significantly reduced emergency visits and hospitalizations with no mortality or reoperations, supporting early surgical intervention for this often-misdiagnosed vascular anomaly.
