Progression-Free Survival and Patterns of Response in Patients With Relapsed High-Risk Neuroblastoma Treated With Irinotecan/Temozolomide/Dinutuximab/Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor

Retrospective study of 146 relapsed high-risk neuroblastoma patients treated with I/T/DIN/GM-CSF chemoimmunotherapy found 49% objective response rate with median progression-free survival of 13.1 months. Notably, over one-third of patients with initial minor/partial response achieved complete response on subsequent evaluation, and responders maintained extended disease control even after treatment discontinuation.
