Sexual function and fertility of adult males with anorectal malformations or Hirschsprung disease

Prospective study of 65 adult males with anorectal malformations or Hirschsprung disease reveals higher rates of erectile dysfunction in ARM patients compared to HD patients, with 30% reporting successful conception. Eight ARM patients required fertility interventions, highlighting the need for long-term sexual health monitoring in this population.
