Transverse testicular ectopia discovered following reduction of an inguinal hernia

Rare case report of transverse testicular ectopia identified during repair of an incarcerated inguinal hernia in a 10-month-old infant. The condition, where both testes migrate to one hemiscrotum, was managed with herniorrhaphy and transseptal orchiopexy to prevent complications including torsion and infertility.
