Current management of the urachal anomalies (UA). Lessons learned from the clinical practice

Retrospective 18-year study of 25 urachal anomaly patients finds 65% had epithelial lining on pathology, suggesting malignancy risk that may favor surgical over conservative management. Robotic-assisted approach showed advantages for excision, particularly when bladder cuff removal required.
