An evaluation of the association between radiological parameters and survival outcomes in pediatric patients with hepatoblastoma

Retrospective study of 39 pediatric hepatoblastoma patients in Thailand identifies key radiological predictors of survival after hepatic resection. Poor chemotherapy response, portal vein involvement, and metastasis independently predict worse outcomes, while patients with >25% tumor reduction achieve 90.9% five-year survival.
