Laparascopic Ladd's procedure as treatment alternative, when parenteral or prolonged hospital nutrition is not an option for superior mesenteric artery syndrome

This case series demonstrates laparoscopic Ladd's procedure as an effective alternative to duodenojejunostomy for superior mesenteric artery syndrome in infants when conservative management fails. Three infants (6-9 months) underwent successful laparoscopic treatment with short hospital stays and no complications during follow-up.
