This case series demonstrates laparoscopic Ladd's procedure as an effective alternative to duodenojejunostomy for superior mesenteric artery syndrome in infants when conservative management fails. Three infants (6-9 months) underwent successful laparoscopic treatment with short hospital stays and no complications during follow-up.
