Multidisciplinary management of congenital giant head and neck masses: Our experience and review of the literature

This retrospective study examines 13 newborns with giant congenital head and neck masses (11 lymphatic malformations, 2 teratomas) managed through multidisciplinary care including EXIT procedures, surgery, and sclerotherapy. Airway obstruction was resolved in most cases, though complications included nerve palsy and recurrence in 5 patients.
