Is testicular microlithiasis associated with testicular pathologies in children?

Retrospective study of 516 pediatric patients examined whether testicular microlithiasis correlates with testicular pathologies including undescended testis, epididymo-orchitis, and varicocele. Results showed no significant association between microlithiasis and most testicular conditions, though higher rates were observed in post-orchiopexy patients and those with testicular pain.
