Long-term functional outcomes of patients with Hirschsprung disease following pull-through

Comparative study of 25 pediatric patients evaluating long-term bowel function after three surgical approaches for Hirschsprung disease. Transanal endorectal pull-through (TEPT) showed superior outcomes with 54% achieving normal bowel function, compared to higher complication rates in Duhamel patients including daily soiling and accidents.
