Puestow Procedure for the Management of Pediatric Chronic Pancreatitis

Retrospective study of 13 pediatric patients undergoing lateral pancreaticojejunostomy (Puestow procedure) for chronic pancreatitis shows durable pain improvement in 58% of cases regardless of etiology.
