Long-term results of EPSiT in children and adolescents: still the right way to go

Five-year retrospective study of 99 pediatric patients treated with endoscopic pilonidal sinus treatment (EPSiT) reveals a 15% long-term recurrence rate at median 49-month follow-up, higher than initially reported but still supporting EPSiT as a viable minimally invasive option with rapid recovery for pilonidal disease in children and adolescents.
