This study evaluates the implementation of an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol for pediatric nephrectomy in Wilms tumor patients, demonstrating that standardized perioperative care pathways can safely reduce hospital length of stay. The protocol optimizes recovery while maintaining quality outcomes and enabling timely resumption of chemotherapy per Children's Oncology Group guidelines.
