Health-related quality of life in children with Hirschsprung disease and children with functional constipation: Parent-child variability

Comparative study of 126 children examining health-related quality of life in Hirschsprung disease versus functional constipation using both parent-proxy and child self-reports. Findings show similar HRQOL patterns between groups, with constipation severity predicting lower quality of life in FC patients but not HD patients.
