Outcomes of slide tracheoplasty for congenital tracheal stenosis in 80 children: A 22-year single-center experience

This 22-year retrospective study of 80 children with congenital tracheal stenosis treated with slide tracheoplasty achieved 88.8% one-year survival and 92.5% successful extubation without tracheostomy. Complex cardiovascular anomalies and preoperative ECMO were identified as adverse predictors of survival.
