Childhood-Onset Myasthenia Gravis Patients Benefited from Thymectomy in a Long-Term Follow-up Observation

Retrospective study of 32 childhood-onset myasthenia gravis patients demonstrates significant clinical improvement following thymectomy during 5-year follow-up, measured by QMG and MG-ADL scores. Analysis identifies prognostic factors associated with both short-term and long-term surgical outcomes in pediatric patients.
