Analysis of risk factors for angiolymphatic invasion and establishment of a predictive nomogram for hepatoblastomas

Retrospective study of 165 pediatric hepatoblastoma patients identifies key predictors of angiolymphatic invasion: tumor diameter, response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and staging system classification. Predictive nomogram developed using CHIC-HS and PRETEXT staging helps stratify surgical risk in this rare pediatric liver malignancy.
