Management of Hirschsprung Associated Enterocolitis – How Different Are Practice Strategies? An International Pediatric Endosurgery Group (IPEG) Survey

International survey of 178 IPEG members reveals significant practice variation in managing Hirschsprung-associated enterocolitis, with only 17% reporting institutional guidelines. Treatment approaches differ widely across continents, from timing of pull-through procedures to use of botulinum injections and preventative strategies.
