Laparoscopic management of infantile hydrocele in pediatric age group

Study of 93 pediatric patients demonstrating that laparoscopic hydrocelectomy is safe and effective for managing infantile hydroceles. Found patent processus vaginalis in 91.5% of cases with high contralateral patency (88.7%), supporting same-session bilateral evaluation and treatment to prevent recurrence.
