Survey of 82 Canadian pediatric surgeons and urologists reveals that while most recognize surgical volume impacts outcomes for bladder exstrophy and cloacal anomalies, 58% do not refer patients elsewhere. Most respondents favor a consortium-based approach with regional centers of excellence over national centralization.
