Nutcracker syndrome in children: Appearance, diagnostics, and treatment - A systematic review

Systematic review of 423 pediatric nutcracker syndrome cases shows hematuria (55.5%) and proteinuria (49.9%) as most common presentations, with flank pain present in only 19.1%. Conservative management achieved complete resolution or improvement in 95% of cases, establishing it as first-line treatment for this rare condition in children.
