Histrelin implantation in the pediatric population: A 10-year institutional experience

Ten-year retrospective review of 866 histrelin implant procedures in 377 pediatric patients for central precocious puberty and gender dysphoria. Study demonstrates safety of clinic-based insertion and removal, with complications occurring in only 1% of cases and a shift toward outpatient settings over time.
