Experience in the Treatment of Pentalogy of Cantrell with Artificial Materials in a Single Clinical Center

Retrospective study of five children with pentalogy of Cantrell treated using Gore-Tex patches for pericardial defects and 3D-printed titanium mesh for sternal reconstruction. All patients underwent successful one-stage repair with cardiac repositioning, no mortality, and normal thoracic appearance at follow-up.
