Retrospective cohort study examining long-term liver function in pediatric intestinal failure patients receiving hepatoprotective parenteral nutrition (soy-based lipids <2.5g/kg/day) from 2012-2019. Analysis stratifies patients by nutritional autonomy status to assess relationship between PN dependence and serum liver markers over time.
