Reimaging in pediatric blunt spleen and liver injury

Multi-site prospective study validates selective reimaging strategy for pediatric blunt liver and spleen injuries managed nonoperatively. Only 6% of patients underwent reimaging, with 11% of those studies prompting intervention, supporting APSA guidelines against routine follow-up imaging.
