Response to "Routine evaluation of vesicle-ureteric reflux in children with anorectal malformation does not reduce the rate of urinary tract infection"

Response defending findings that routine MCUG screening in ARM patients does not reduce UTI risk, even when VUR is detected and prophylaxis initiated. Abnormal renal ultrasound remains the only significant UTI predictor in this population, questioning the clinical utility of routine reflux screening.
