Subcutaneoscopic Excision of External Angular Dermoid Cysts: Our Covert Scar Approach in 11 Cases

Retrospective study of 11 pediatric patients (4 months-3 years) with external angular dermoid cysts treated via subcutaneoscopic excision using endoscopic instruments through a hidden scalp incision. The technique achieved excellent cosmetic outcomes with scars concealed behind the hairline, mean operative time of 61 minutes, and minimal complications.
