Gastrointestinal and oncologic outcomes of pediatric gastrointestinal lymphoma following upfront resection or biopsy of bowel masses

Retrospective study of 33 pediatric gastrointestinal lymphoma patients comparing upfront resection versus biopsy approaches. Resection resulted in fewer GI complications but delayed chemotherapy initiation, while survival outcomes were similar between groups, influenced more by protocol generation and disease stage.
