10 Years' Experience in Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans: A Single-Institution Study

This 10-year retrospective study of 91 pediatric BXO cases found meatal involvement in 73.6% of patients, with nearly 20% requiring additional procedures within one year despite steroid therapy. The study demonstrates high clinical-histological correlation and emphasizes the need for prolonged postoperative surveillance in pediatric BXO management.
