Intra-abdominal lymphatic malformation management in light of the updated International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies classification

Retrospective study of 50 pediatric intra-abdominal lymphatic malformations categorized by ISSVA classification shows isolated lesions respond well to surgical resection, while complex anomalies and multi-region involvement benefit from sclerotherapy or combined approaches to reduce recurrence and preserve bowel.
