Utilisation and Safety of Polyethylene Glycol 3350 with Electrolytes in Children Under 2 Years: A Retrospective Cohort

Retrospective UK study of 13,235 children under 2 years treated with PEG 3350 with electrolytes for constipation found no safety signals of concern, with low rates of adverse events and no electrolyte abnormalities detected. Most patients received one sachet daily for approximately 90 days, supporting real-world safety in this young population.
