Anti-relapse effect of trametinib on a local minimal residual disease neuroblastoma mouse model

Preclinical study demonstrates trametinib effectively prevents neuroblastoma relapse when combined with surgical resection in a minimal residual disease mouse model, achieving 100% survival during treatment. Results support investigating trametinib as maintenance therapy following surgery and chemotherapy in pediatric neuroblastoma patients.
