Lymphatic malformations: a 20-year single institution experience

Twenty-year retrospective study of 62 patients with lymphatic malformations shows head/neck lesions are most common and prone to recurrence. Specialized vascular malformation clinics successfully triage younger patients with larger lesions, with treatment ranging from observation to surgery and sclerotherapy based on location and size.
