Clinical Assessment of Pediatric Patients with Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma: A 30-Year Experience at a Single Institution

Retrospective analysis of 94 pediatric DTC patients over 30 years identifies tumor size >2cm and lymph node involvement as key recurrence predictors. While total thyroidectomy remains standard, lobectomy may be appropriate for limited disease (<2cm, intrathyroidal, unifocal, node-negative cases).
