Introducing a new scrotal orchiopexy technique: The fat anchor orchiopexy

Novel scrotal orchiopexy technique uses sub-scrotal fat as a permanent anchor to fix low-lying cryptorchid testes through a trans-scrotal approach. This fat anchor method offers an alternative fixation strategy for undescended testes, addressing the challenge of preventing recurrent testicular ascent after surgical correction.
