One Year Outcomes of Congenital Duodenal Obstruction - A Population Based Study

UK population-based study of 100 infants with congenital duodenal obstruction shows excellent one-year survival (91.6%) following surgical repair, with mortality attributable to comorbidities rather than the obstruction itself. Notable findings include 6% requiring repeat surgery and 23% experiencing central line complications within the first year.
