International survey of 115 centers across 32 countries reveals significant variation in endoscopic management of post-EA repair strictures. Balloon dilatation with guidewire is preferred (68%), typically performed in symptomatic patients, with intralesional steroids and mitomycin C as common adjunctive therapies for recurrent cases.
