Novel approach to vaginal calculus in a girl with urogenital sinus anomaly

Case report of a 3-year-old with isolated urogenital sinus anomaly presenting with recurrent UTIs, found to have a vaginal calculus. Novel management approach using graduated Amplatz dilators and electrohydraulic lithotripsy to fragment the stone, followed by staged surgical reconstruction at puberty.
