Sindbis viral structural protein cytotoxicity on human neuroblastoma cells

Research demonstrating that UV-inactivated Sindbis virus induces selective cytotoxicity in neuroblastoma cell lines through apoptosis mediated by the E1 structural protein. The study identifies E1 protein as a potential targeted therapeutic agent for high-risk neuroblastoma with minimal effect on normal fibroblasts.
