Testicular tumors in prepubescent patients

Large retrospective analysis of 479 prepubescent testicular tumor cases from the National Cancer Data Base (1998-2012) demonstrates that yolk sac tumors are most common, typically present at low stage, and carry excellent prognosis with 3% mortality at 5.6-year follow-up.
