Efficacy and safety of adrenergic beta-antagonist combined with lasers in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas: a meta-analysis

This meta-analysis demonstrates that combining beta-blockers (propranolol or timolol) with laser therapy significantly improves treatment outcomes for infantile hemangiomas compared to either modality alone, without increasing adverse reactions. The combination approach may also reduce overall treatment duration.
