This systematic review examines recent evidence (2015-2020) on health-related quality of life in CDH survivors, finding mixed but generally favorable results. Unlike older literature suggesting poor outcomes, current studies indicate CDH survivors typically achieve quality of life equivalent to the general population, with validated measures showing no consistent negative impact from the condition.
