Laparoscopic Vascular Hitch for Polar Vessels in Pyeloureteric Junction Obstruction: Medium-Term Follow-up of a Monocentric Experience

This retrospective study evaluates laparoscopic vascular hitch for PUJO caused by lower pole vessels in 25 pediatric patients over 3 years. The technique achieved 68% success rate, lower than reported literature, with 6 patients requiring conversion to pyeloplasty, prompting questions about long-term efficacy and optimal patient selection.
