Redo Transanal Soave Pull Through with or without Assistance in Hirschsprung Disease: An Experience in 46 Patients

Retrospective study of 46 patients undergoing redo transanal Soave pull-through for Hirschsprung disease complications, primarily residual aganglionosis (58.7%) and anastomotic issues (30.4%). Long-term outcomes showed soiling as the most common problem (37.2%), particularly in anastomotic complication cases, though overall functional results were acceptable.
